    1. 1. To contact the building principal/director or designee to make all necessary detailed arrangements.
    2. 2. To assume full responsibility for damage to or loss of school property in connection with this use.
    3. 3. To assume full responsibility for any injury or liability resulting from the use of schoolfacilities in connection with this approval.

    2. (1) The person in charge of the group is responsible for the behavior of the entire group. Any violation of the Facility Use Rules or Procedures may result in the group being asked to leave and the loss of approval for future use.

    3. (2) Under Texas law, Stephenville ISD is not liable or responsible for injuries or damage to any person or property that may be incurred related to the use of the school district facilities. Stephenville ISD will not provide insurance or compensation for any injuries or damage caused by or related to facilities use by any group. The Lessee is responsible for any injury or damage related to its use of the school facilities.
